At Roony, we want your experience to be as simple and stress-free as caring for your dog should be. That's why we offer free shipping on every order — no hidden fees at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries in the future. We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Free shipping on every order

No matter the size of your order, standard shipping is always free on every purchase made through our website.

Order processing & delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow your delivery online. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking to begin updating after you receive it — tracking information can take a little longer to appear in the early stages of transit. Thanks for your patience while your order is on its way.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders follow the same free shipping and processing timelines as one-time purchases. You can manage, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@try-roony.com and we'll help you locate your package.
