We stand behind Roony. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your order's delivery date.

Probiotics work gradually, so we always recommend giving Roony consistent daily use to give your dog's system time to respond. If you've given it an honest try and it's simply not the right fit for your dog, just reach out — we'll make it right.

No need to return anything

Roony is a consumable product, so there's nothing to send back. You don't need to return the tub or any remaining chews to receive your refund. Please keep the product.

To protect you and us, please do not ship anything back to us unless our team specifically asks you to and provides return instructions. Packages sent without prior written instructions from us cannot be accepted or refunded.
